2026-2027 School Year

Enrollment Forms

• Enrollment forms outline details specific to our school, such as tuition payments, refund schedule, and participation requirements. This form also included an accident and model release form, as well as emergency contact and consent information.

Health Forms

• The State of California requires that we collect the following health forms for children and participating adults;

  • Child Immunization Records in accordance with SB277

  • Child TB Screening

  • Childhood Pre-Admissions Health Evaluation

  • Adult Immunization Records in accordance with SB792

  • Adult TB Screening / Testing

  • Adult LiveScan Fingerprinting*

  • Adult Mandated Reporter Training*

• All enrollment requirements are subject to change based on federal, state, and local regulations.

• Please email health@lgsons.org with questions about our school's health forms for either children or caregivers.

*Adult Livescan Fingerprinting and trainings will be required AFTER you’ve been notified of class placement.

2026-2027 TUITION

• LGSONS follows an tuition model that bills monthly. We roll materials, event tickets, insurance, dues, and other fees into a single per-student tuition fee. This up-front pricing provides families with a more straightforward, realistic view of tuition costs. Fundraising participation throughout the school year helps close the gap that tuition does not cover.

• Tuition billing is structured as an initial deposit plus 9 recurring monthly charges.

  Monday Toddler & Me Program :

  * Annual $1,850 / Enrollment Deposit $499 / Monthly $145

  One-Day 2s Program (Wed or Fri) :

  * Annual $2,500 / Enrollment Deposit $499 / Monthly $222

  Saturday Family Program (AM or PM) :

  * Annual $2,600 / Enrollment Deposit $499 / Monthly $233

  Two-Day Program (3's) :

  * Annual $4,700 / Enrollment Deposit $499/ Monthly $465

  Three-Day Program (3/4's) :

  * Annual $4,900 / Enrollment Deposit $499/ Monthly $489

  Four-Day Program (PreK) :

  * Annual $6,700 / Enrollment Deposit $499 / Monthly $689

• Tuition payments are processed through our Jovial Family Portals.

• Enrollment Deposits are due within two weeks of class placement notification. These deposits secure your spot in our school for the following year.

• All members of the school are eligible for tuition assistance. To apply, please contact our treasurer at treasurer@lgsons.org. All requests are kept confidential. 

Summer Camp 2026

Parent participation camps require:

• A caregiver must accompany their children.

• 2 observations per child per session

• Camps will take place entirely at our Black Rd. Campus.

Forest camps require:

• No parent participation/attendance. Children are expected to attend on their own.

• Children must be able to attend to their own toileting needs.

• Children who are comfortable with a drop-off program are strongly encouraged.

• Camp will take place in the forest canyon behind our school—hiking and adventuring are required!
