Summer Camp registration is now open, application are accepted until 3/10 at 11:59PM. We will then close registration and begin our process for lottery enrollment. Only 12 openings are available for each class with no priority given for the first session June 3rd - 27th.
Session 2 camps are on hold until further notice.
Families who have completed an ELECTRONIC application with LGSONS before apply through your Jovial Family Portal.
All applications submitted during this time will be processed together according to our school's priority ranking system.

A completed application consists of:
An online application through our Jovial system
Payment of the $70 application fee (plus $20 for each additional child after the first)
Application fees can be paid online. Follow the link provided AFTER you submit your application to complete registration and pay through Jovial. Families already in our Jovial system can pay the application fee through their Family Portal.

Please be thorough when filling out the application form. Only priority rank those classes you are willing to attend and age-eligible for your child.
Applications received after 2/16 will be reviewed after class placements and processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
You will be notified by email, of which class your child has been accepted to or, if the class is full, you will be offered a place on the waitlist for your respective class.
Our school’s age cut off is September 1st of each school year. Petitions for age waivers will be considered for any child whose birthday falls between September 1st - October 1st. Petitions submitted for children who miss the age cut off by more than thirty days will be denied in accordance with the policy.
A family may petition the Board to admit a child whose birthday does not fall within the age requirement guidelines by writing a letter. The petition must be sent to the Registration Chair (register@lgsons.org), and must reference the family’s application form submission date and the name of the child on the application and be received prior to the end of the Priority Registration period. The Parent Board, Director, and Head Teacher must approve the petition to waive the age requirement. If the age waiver is approved, the age requirement will be waived in subsequent classes.
When a class has more applicants than spaces, the class is filled by computer generated lottery. If you are placed in your second choice class, you are automatically put on the waiting list for your first choice class based on your lottery number. The waiting list is used actively throughout the current school year and during the summer to fill open spots. You will be notified by email if a spot (or your first choice class) becomes available for your child.
