A completed application consists of:
An online application through our Jovial system
Payment of the $70 application fee (plus $20 for each additional child after the first)
Application fees can be paid online. Follow the link provided AFTER you submit your application to complete registration and pay through Jovial. Families already in our Jovial system can pay the application fee through their Family Portal.
If you choose to mail a paper check*, please note your child’s FULL NAME on the check itself and make all checks payable to:

*Do not send your check via certified mail or any other delivery that requires a signature.
Please be thorough when filling out the application form. Only priority rank those classes you are willing to attend and age-eligible for your child.
All applications are reviewed and processed after February 16
Applications received after 2/16 will be reviewed after class placements and processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Class placement and enrollment emails will be sent by march 4
You will be notified by email, of which class your child has been accepted to or, if the class is full, you will be offered a place on the waitlist for your respective class.
